Medicaid Answers, a program of Medicaid Answers Foundation, provides free Medicaid education and a free 30-minute case review to help families understand whether Medicaid long-term care options may fit their situation.

2. Not legal, financial, or medical advice

Content on this website is educational and general in nature. It is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and it does not create an attorney-client or advisor relationship. Every family’s situation is different; eligibility rules and figures change and vary by state.

3. Not a government agency; no guarantees

Medicaid Answers is not a government agency and is not affiliated with Medicaid, Medicare, or any state or federal agency. Medicaid eligibility is decided only by the relevant state agency, and applying is free. We cannot guarantee eligibility outcomes, approval timelines, or financial results.

4. Communications & SMS program

SMS program description: Medicaid Answers (a program of Medicaid Answers Foundation) offers an SMS program with two message types for users who opt in on our website forms: (1) transactional messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling links for your free 30-minute case review; and (2) educational & promotional messages — occasional Medicaid-planning resources and invitations to book, sent only to users who separately opt in to marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help. SMS consent and data are handled per our Privacy Policy, or contact us at team@medicaidanswers.org or (440) 276-3553.
